By mid-2003, I started conducing several listening tests comparing different audio compression schemes at several bitrates, answering to a demand on web boards for reliable objective comparisions of codec quality.
During test conduction I was often coached by the great ff123. He provided me hints on test conduction, apps, and pointed me to the "bible" of high quality objective test conducing, the ITU R.BS 1116-1 specification.
These days I'm more or less retired from test conducing, but you can check the results, comments and samples of all the tests I conduced here.
